We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders! Orders over $300 qualify for free ExpressPost shipping.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location but generally, our orders should arrive within 5 - 10 working days via standard shipping.
For fastest shipping, we also offer Express Shipping at a cost of $24.00, anywhere in Canada!
Order Tracking
Each ExpressPost order will be issued a tracking number so you may check on it’s progress. We do not require signature on delivery. You will receive the shipment confirmation e-mail directly from Canada Post. Click the link in the e-mail to track your parcel at www.canadapost.com.
Discreet Packaging
All of our seeds are usually sent in their branded packaging, and will be sealed in bubble wrap or similar protective material and packed in bubble envelopes. This helps ensures that they arrive to you ready to grow. We do not disclose the contents of your package or put our company name/branding on the envelope.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number, as they might be holding your package. Once you have done so without success, please contact us, and we will try to locate your parcel.
Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will generally leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest post office, waiting for collection.
